WHAT THE OWNERS SAY-This was our first home together and we have lived here very happily for the past 3 years. We both grew up in Welwyn Garden City so location was very important to us with family and friends in the area.

This property was ideal for us as it was in close proximity to our work and very near to the local shops and supermarket.
Everything is within walking distance including the town centre. Thundridge Close has been a delite to live in, a place the residents make you feel welcomed and always say hello. It will be sad to leave our first home but required due to the arrival of our first child.

We love this area of Welwyn Garden City. It is quiet, safe and very green. To be close to the town yet able to explore the woods and walks is a luxury.
