WHAT THE OWNERS SAY-We have thoroughly enjoyed living in Layton Street. The neighbours are friendly and the area is safe. We would love to stay longer for many reasons but especially its proximity of Creswick Primary School.

The local shops, post office and hairdresser are just a 5 min walk away. We are also lucky to be within walking distance of QE2 hospital and Spring House medical centre, by far the best doctors surgery in Welwyn. The town centre is only a 20 min walk and ideal for getting the train into London or commuting.

We have loved this area of Welwyn and move on with great sadness. It is quiet and green yet still within easy reach of the town centre and transport links.
