We chose Chequersfield because we were attracted to the peaceful surroundings and the quiet, well-maintained development which is in keeping with the garden city. On many occasions we have taken advantage of being only a 5-minute walk from Stanborough park – after a long day at work its nice to have an evening stroll around the lakes.
The location is ideal, it is a short walking distance to the town centre and visiting Central London is easy with only a 25-minute train journey. The area has great links to the A414 and A1 too.
The open plan living/dining room has been great for entertaining and with plenty of visitor parking having guests over is never an issue. We have loved the layout of the 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, it is light and refined which has given us space to relax and enjoy our time living here.
