The building is very quiet with solid walls, so I never hear any noise from neighbours, and I also never hear any town centre or road noise.

Pre-lockdown it was perfect for entertaining, with the restaurants and bars just a walk away and a big reception room for guests to visit. During lockdown it has been very convenient to be so close to a range of different supermarkets (M&S, Waitrose, Sainsburys, Iceland) and with the large windows letting in a lot of natural light it has always felt very uplifting and homey.
