WHAT THE OWNERS SAY-We have really enjoyed living at Merrifield and loved it from when we first visited.
The natural light present throughout the day in the living room really warms the flat and the open plan living, dining, and kitchen area has been great when having friends over in the evenings for dinner.
The bedroom is a great size with plenty of storage and again gets lots of natural light particularly in the morning through the window overlooking the well-kept lawn.
The neighbours are really helpful and helped us with some local knowledge when first moving in, as we were new to Welwyn Garden City. Merrifield looks particularly beautiful in Spring, with the rows of Cherry trees in Blossom.
The surrounding area is great for walks with the pocket park across the road and Stanborough Lakes just 10 minutes walk away across the adjacent fields.
It has been a really useful location for commuting into London for both of us as the flat is situated roughly halfway between two main railway stations and just a few minutes drive from the A1.
We will be sad to leave the flat which has proven to be a great first home for us.
